Erika has worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and started her own practice in 2022. Erika is passionate about providing local care to a community she loves. With specialities in trauma, parenting, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, and general behavioral concerns, Erika is dedicated to helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and break cycles of generational trauma. Erika works with all ages. -
Crystal Leuk
ACMHC
Crystal brings over two decades of experience supporting youth and families through education, counseling, and behavioral health services. Crystal's career includes experience in residential and community-based programs for at-risk youth, collaborating closely with schools, juvenile courts, and mental health agencies to advocate for positive outcomes. Crystal is passionate about creating a supportive environment where clients can heal, grow, and thrive. Crystal specializes in kids ages 8-18 -
Kassidy Akkula
MSW - Intern
Kassidy is finishing her final year in her Master’s program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. Kassidy strives to learn and grow every day while providing compassionate and meaningful support. She is committed to walking alongside clients on their journey of healing, offering care that is both supportive and empowering. Kassidy has experience working with adults and teenagers navigating mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. -
Bodhi
Therapy dog in Training
Bodhi believes in the healing power of connection and sometimes that connection comes with four paws and a wagging tail. Bodhi is preparing to join us in the future to provide comfort, reduce stress, and create a positive presence during sessions. Bodhi is a rescue and knows that power that connection and care can have in healing trauma. While she is still completing her training and not yet available, once ready she will be joining Erika’s sessions only, by request, as an added source of support for clients.

Services and Fees
Individual and family sessions:
Individual and family therapy sessions are 50 minutes each and are typically scheduled at a recurring time weekly or bi-weekly.
Services can be paid for with insurance, cash pay, HSA cards, and some Employee Assistance Programs through your place of employment.
